Enough Nerf guns, bullets and equipment to accommodate up to forty participants at a time.
Two to four experienced Nerf masters in attendance to expertly coordinate each game, ensuring a seamless adventure for everyone involved.
Participants can still soak up the atmosphere of the surrounding stalls and events while they play.

Collaboration between The Nerf Guys and event organisers is a win-win. While attendees get to participate in epic Nerf battles, you can benefit from the additional attraction and engagement it brings to your festival or fair. Our games stall adds a unique and interactive element that encourages attendees to stay longer, explore more, and create cherished memories.
The Nerf Guys will come at a pre-appointed time to set up our area ready for the day’s events. There are a few requirements we;ll need to discuss with organisers before the big day to make sure set-up runs smoothly:
There are several flexible methods of payment - either a lump sum upfront from the festival organisers or profit sharing scheme where our initial costs are covered by the festival organisation and then we charge the guests who wish to participate on the day. This may depend on how the festival’s guests are paying (i.e. whether the event is ticketed) and will need to be agreed upon in advance.
The team will need an open, flat, preferably grassy area (if outdoors) of approximately 10 x 15 metres. We cannot set up on gravel or similar rough surfaces. Tarmac is okay, but grass is preferred, so please discuss with our team and have a space in mind.
Consider how long your event is going to be and how long you would like The Nerf Guys in attendance. We’re happy to run for as long as you need us, as long as this is also arranged in advance so we can organise for enough team members.
